Ann Howe RGNGeneral Manager Ann is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience and holds the Registered Managers Award (RMA) During her career in the care sector Ann has worked as a Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and for the last few years as a Home Manager for a large nursing home. Ann is qualified in tissue viability, palliative care and holds a certificate in mentorship for adaptation nurses. Ann is committed to staff development via internal and external training to ensure a holistic approach to resident’s care. |

She also has specialist training in dementia and palliative care.
